about this poster

Costa Rica poster, 2 toucans above a lagoon

2 toucans sit side by side in the fronds of a tall palm tree, their big orange beaks turned toward the lagoon. Before them stretches a calm turquoise lagoon, edged by jungle-covered hills. On the left bank, 2 palm trees stand tall. This Costa Rica poster, in landscape format, makes the birds’ vivid colors burst against a backdrop of deep greens and turquoises. The title “COSTA RICA” crowns the whole scene, in the style of illustrated travel posters, and invites you to travel to Central America and its tropical nature.

Tropical toucans for a bedroom or sunroom

Its horizontal format is made for hanging above a sofa, a bed or a console table. Its greens and turquoises thrive in a sunroom, a bathroom, a child’s bedroom or a living room filled with plants. It loves rattan, bamboo, light wood and fabrics with plant patterns. You can pair it with other animal posters or posters of faraway destinations. It makes a lovely present for a bird lover, a traveler returning from Central America or a child fascinated by jungle animals.
