about this poster

Air race poster, planes around a checkered pylon

Propeller racing planes bank tightly around a tall checkered pylon in the middle of an air race. Below, on the airfield, a grandstand and pennants snap in the wind. The title “AIR RACE” is printed on this air race poster. The blue sky, the bright colors of the aircraft and the checkered pylon make for an image full of speed and tension, which the vertical format makes dizzying, between the ground and the planes.

An air race for the office or bedroom

Its vertical format emphasizes the height of the pylon and hangs well in an office, a bedroom, a hallway or a converted garage. Its bright colors and sky blue go well with leather, metal, wood and model airplanes. It can be paired with other aviation posters for a wall dedicated to the pioneers of the sky. It is a perfect gift for a pilot, an air show enthusiast, a speed lover or a child who collects airplanes.
