about this poster

Illustrated lemon and lemon verbena poster, “LEMON VERBENA”

This illustration shows a long stem of lemon verbena with tiny pale flowers, rising above 2 yellow lemons and their leaves, in front of a landscape of hills and pale sand. The composition is centered and understated, with a big blue sky that lets the subject breathe. This lemon verbena poster relies on the delicacy of the drawing rather than on bold color. The tones stay soft, which gives the whole piece great elegance. The title “LEMON VERBENA” accompanies the plate.

An herbalist’s plate for the kitchen or office

Discreet and refined, it fits in a kitchen, a dining room, an office, a bathroom or a bedroom. It pairs well with light wood, linen, glass jars, aromatic plants and white or cream walls. It can form a series with other botanical plates of citrus or plants. It makes a gift for an herbalist, a herbal tea lover, a garden enthusiast or a friend who likes understated décor.
