Deckchairs and street lamp facing the Baie des Anges at dusk poster

Nice at dusk poster, deck chairs facing the Baie des Anges

Evening falls over Nice. At the foot of a tall street lamp already lit, 2 orange deck chairs wait empty, facing the sea. A woman pushes a stroller along the balustrade, while a few strollers can be made out in the distance on the peaceful promenade. Farther off, the curve of the Baie des Anges stretches out, dotted with city lights reflected in the water. This Nice poster is painted in a twilight palette of lavender blue, purple and amber, giving the scene a great softness. The title “Nice” accompanies this calm moment at the end of the day.

A Nice evening for the bedroom or entryway

Its soothing lavender blues and purples suit a bedroom, an entryway or a cozy living room especially well. The orange touches of the deck chairs can echo a pillow or a lamp in warm tones. It pairs well with velvet, linen, dark wood and light gray or bluish walls. Its vertical format fits easily near a window. It will delight a Niçois living elsewhere, a lover of the French Riviera or a couple who once strolled along the promenade on a summer evening.
