about this poster

Comic superhero poster, “TO THE RESCUE”

Cape flying and fist raised, a comic book superhero leaps toward the sky with all the power of his muscles. Behind him, a red and yellow sun bursts into broad beams that accentuate his upward momentum. The line work is bold, the colors are vivid, and the upward motion gives the image all the energy of comic books. This landscape superhero poster works like a giant comic panel, and its lettering “TO THE RESCUE” sounds like a promise of action.

A superhero for a child’s bedroom or a game room

Its horizontal format hangs well above a bed, a child’s desk or a shelf of comic books. Its bright reds and yellows energize a bedroom, a game room or a collector’s office, on a white, blue or gray wall. It pairs nicely with other comics posters and simple furniture in primary colors. A gift for a child who dreams of being a rescuer, a comics fan, a comic book artist or a dad who is a hero for Father’s Day.

Your questions

What does “TO THE RESCUE” mean on this poster?

It is English for coming to the aid of someone in need. The lettering accompanies a muscular superhero launching into the sky, cape flying and fist raised, in front of a red and yellow sun.

Who should I give this superhero poster to?

It will delight a child who loves heroes, a comics collector or a teenager decorating a bedroom. With a well-chosen note, it also makes a lovely Father’s Day gift.

Choosing the size and the spot

Measure the space available on your wall, allowing for the frame you want to use. Then compare the sizes offered on this page and check the orientation of the artwork.

For a set of several posters, also plan the gaps between the frames. Keep your decor away from water splashes and heat sources.
